Worried that your current backup
procedures aren’t robust enough for your needs? In the event
of disaster, how quickly can you get yourself up and running? How
much will that downtime cost your company?
Offsite Backups
Off site backups of data for customers who
have a local server or PC located in their office who wish to take
a regular backup of specific files/data or all their data. A full
backup is taken from the customer site and "seeded" onto
our backup server. An agent then backs up files that have changed
since the last backup. The customer is able to recover files
from disk in our data centre via the agent.
Backup Retention
Backups can be specified to retain (n) number
of versions of files in case of modified or deleted files. Backups
are charged on gigabyte usage so version retention affects the payment.

Disaster Recovery Solution
If you have an application (such as SQL) that
is business critical it is possible to have a disaster solution
ready and waiting in case of a complete disaster. A copy of your
latest SQL backup is backed up to the data centre using offsite
backups and the application that accesses it published in Terminal
Services. All you need to access the solution is a broadband connection
and a Windows XP PC so in case of a disaster you could continue
running your business from home for example.
A one off setup fee and monthly retainer fee
for the solution is charged, however no monthly licenses are required
unless you go into disaster mode. Please call
for a competitive quote.
