YourOfficeAnywhere through Microsoft's Live
Meeting solution allows you to hold web conferences anywhere there
is a broadband connection. It allows multiple people in multiple
locations to connect to your conference or training event with just
a web browser. Live meeting can accommodate up to 1250 delegates
making this a very scaleable solution. The service is a fully hosted
solution that includes a choice of either low pay-per-use or flat
monthly subscription pricing.

- Hear what the presenter is talking about
over the phone or VOIP and he can also answer questions put to
him via the live meeting client or over the phone (or VOIP).

To join the meeting you will require a small
free download to install Live Meeting on your PC, you enter your
sign in name you have provided and the URL of the Live Meeting Service.
There are two versions of Microsoft Live Meeting
- Live Meeting Standard and Live Meeting Professional and if you

In terms of licensing models YourOfficeAnywhere
runs two licensing models (as required by Microsoft) for each version
- standard and professional.
1. For internal employees each user (both
delegate and organiser) need to have a license to access the solution
and this is priced accordingly for each product.
2. For external clients only the organiser
requires a license for the product, there is no requirement for
delegates to have a Live Meeting license in this instance.
License Scenarios for a Live Meeting
10 Internal Employees only. This requires
10 Live Meeting Standard or Professional licenses
50 External Company Clients. This requires
1 Live Meeting Professional External License. (Standard supports
only 15 users)
5 Internal Employees and 6 External Company
Clients. This requires 5 Live Meeting Standard or Professional licenses
for internal use and 1 Live Meeting Professional External License.
