Things to consider when comparing Hosted Desktop pricing

While we believe we probably offer the best prices in the UK for Hosted Desktops there are a few things that we think you should take into consideration when deciding on your hosted desktop provider.

Experienced

Your Office Anywhere grew out of Cardium Solutions who were the first Microsoft Gold Partner in the North West of England. Cardium had significant experience and a track record of delivering complex IT solutions to enterprise level customers. We’ve taken that real world experience and applied it to our hosting solutions to produce a rock solid platform for our customers so businesses of any size can benefit from enterprise level technology and solutions.

Bespoke

While there are many companies offering a hosted desktop service we offer something different, a bespoke solution that meets individual customer requirements not just shoe horning their systems into an off the shelf package. Every customer is different and all have unique requirements that often require innovative solutions. This is where our experience as IT solution providers gives us the edge.

Flexible

We are so confident in our platform and service that we don’t need to tie customers into a long term contract. After the first month customers are free to cancel without any penalty, not that many do, and that’s the point. We also expect customers to increase or decrease user numbers to fit in with the needs of the business, so our customer just pay for what they need and don’t have to commit to 12 month contracts.

Been using these guys for a couple of years now to run Sage on a hosted server, accessed through hosted desktops to give us the flexibility to work in a multi site environment using Sage 50 (and also work from home). Excellent service, very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I’ve used Cardium / Your Office Anywhere for the last 5 years. They have been fantastic to work with throughout. The service I subscribed to via Cardium has recently been discontinued however, the help I’ve received in transitioning to a new supplier has been ‘above and beyond’ what was expected. Been working with Yourofficeanywhere / Cardium for roughly 11 years now. They have a support team that are friendly and responsive to all the needs of my small business. Although not expected nor agreed over the past weekend we have had a few issues migrating data to a new server on their platform, I sent an email in expecting no response until Monday only to receive a response on the Sunday morning with all the answers I needed and a resolution. Can’t ask for more than that. They are a great supplier of ours and we have great confidence working with them.
