The following table describes the prices for hosted products such as Hosted Exchange and Hosted Sharepoint plus all other Microsoft Hosted Products that can be licensed through the Microsoft Hosted Licensing Agreement (SPLA). If there are any products you require that are not listed or if you need to know which products you would need for a given solution please call for a quote. Remember if you reduce your headcount the total monthly amount paid reduces if you increase your headcount the total monthly amount paid increases however the cost is fixed ensuring this part of staff recruitment is easy! Remember you are also legally licensed for the software you are using supplied by Your Office Anywhere solution.

The following describes a simple customer scenario

"5 users in two separate offices (3 users at one location 2 users at the other location) who require an enterprise email solution and document management system"

The above scenario requires

  • Email Anywhere - Microsoft Exchange Mail Box 1GB (gigabyte) with Anti Virus and Anti Spam - 5
  • Documents Anywhere - Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server to access documents 0.5GB (gigabyte per user) - 5

The total cost for the above enterprise solution is only £21.00 per user per month (equivalent to £0.69p per day) for the whole year for an enterprise document management solution and email solution.

The following describes a complex customer scenario.

"7 User company that needs to centralise email and contacts, document management, and 3 company directors need access to Sage Line 50. All members of staff need access to a SQL server database which is used for generating leads and closing sales. The SQL server application has an associated program that is used to access the database. This needs to be accessed like Sage in terminal services".

The above scenario requires:

  • Email Anywhere - Microsoft Exchange Mail Box with Anti Virus and Anti Spam - 7
  • Documents Anywhere - Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server to access documents - 7
  • Applications Anywhere - Terminal Services for 3 directors for Sage - 3
  • Applications Anywhere - SQL Server Access for Application - 7
  • Applications Anywhere - Terminal Services for SQL based application - 7

Costs

  • Cost for Directors (they have an additional Terminal Application) is £40.50 per month (equivalent to £1.33 per day!)
  • Cost for all other staff is £33.00 per month (equivalent to £1.08 per day!)
  • Maximum one off setup fee of £200.00 for the SQL based terminal application and Sage that runs on the terminal server - £100.00 per application.

This means the total cost for a whole year is less than £3,042.00, (or £8.33 per day for the whole company) so you can have 'big company' service at a fraction of the cost. No need for costly infrastructure or support staff and no more costly server and software upgrades every 3-4 years.
