For just £10.99 per month and a one off setup/configuration charge of £10.99 per user/extension you get the following features:-
- DDI numbers for all phones
- Voicemail for all phones
- Free calls between phones on the platform anywhere in the world this includes calls from the softphone that can be downloaded on to a laptop or PC.
- Email notification of voicemail with the voicemail sent as an attachment in a WAV file
- Ability to register here and now. The system will then call the number you are registered at (and this can be a mobile or a land line) when the DDI number is called
- Option to be notified by text to email of a voice mail on the system
Other options include:
- Ring multiple phones at the same time or a hunt group where extensions ring in a specific order at no additional cost we will just configure this on the platform to meet your exact requirements.
- Conference calling – a dedicated number that allows conference calls to take place both for internal users of the platform and external users. There is no monthly charge for this – just the call usage charge!
- Call recording – specify which extensions/users require call recording – this can be either record all or on demand – just £6.00 per extension/user per month!
- Auto Attendant. A professional business auto attendant – for example press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc. Just £24.99 per company per month (this is not a per extension/user charge) plus a one off setup fee of £24.99. A further set-up charge may be required to configure the auto attendant on your behalf – please call to discuss these requirements.
