Pretty much any version of Mac will run Windows virtual desktops. As long as you can download and run the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client from the Apple Store then you should have no problems. It is also possible to connect using a browser on a Mac if for some reason you are not able to download the Microsoft RD Client
