Windows 2012 or earlier

If you received your server before January 2019 then you will likely be on our Windows 2012 or 2008 environment, in which case please use the URLs in this section when setting up your connection.

RemoteApps

When configuring a connection using the RemoteApps and Desktop Connections in Windows Control Panel.  You will also need your username and password
