Due to unprecedented growth over the last 12 months we are now looking for a first line support technician to join our small front line helpdesk working out of our Burnley office.
Working hours will be between 8am and 6pm with staggered starts which can be managed within the team once you are up and running. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Good technical skills around Microsoft technologies, and more importantly good interpersonal skills and communication skills as most of the work will be front line and phone based to our customers mainly in the UK but also in America and Europe but we don’t require any second language.

Salary circa £16,000 to £19,000 dependant on experience
